For most, choosing a new home is the biggest financial decision they will ever make. To protect your interests it’s important that you have an agent who’s there for you, and can reduce the anxiety related to the home buying process.

Where do you begin?

Every great journey begins with the first step.

To buy a home or condo you've got to have the money.  This is the first step as it controls where we look for your ideal home.

Step 1. Loan Application

Time to get a Lender and get pre-approved, Don't fret as we make it easy! Forrest Team of REALTORS only recommends using local lenders.  There are so many variables in the purchase process and we are committed to taking all of the "luck" out of the process. Going "Local Only" with the loan is the only way we can guarantee your loan process and deliver that ideal home for you.

Step 2. The Video Conference

Now that you are pre-approved for a mortgage, Bill will reach out and schedule a video conference to discuss your real estate goals. What are your wants and needs that you have and he will explain the process in more detail and answer all of your questions. This is when the fun begins!

Step 3. Finding that Home

Bill helps you find YOUR Ideal home. You will get daily updates of the new properties available that match your chosen criteria. You then get to evaluate each of the properties remotely narrowing the field down to a final few for detailed consideration in-person showings.  Once you have decided on a property we craft 'the offer.'

Step 4. Negotiating the Best Deal on Your Terms

Once we have found 'THE ONE.'  Securing Your Ideal Home: Bill and his team help you define the best offer to capture the seller's attention and consideration.  In this incredibly competitive marketplace having Bill and the Team's decades of experience negotiating hundreds of real estate deals is crucial.  Any agent can help you find a home but it takes true talent to secure that home on favorable terms for you. 

Step 5. Inspections and More

After getting the deal together Bill and his team will help you get the right inspector to make sure that you are getting not only a good deal but a solid home.  Once Due-Diligence has finished the Team and their excellent vendors help you get to the closing table and get the keys to your new home!

Step 6. The Closing

The Real Estate Closing is where that ideal home becomes truly yours! There are a ton of very important things that go into a 'closing' and there are a lot of things that can go very wrong without the right team protecting your interests. This is why Bill and his team use the best closing attorney in the business, Mimi McCain at GANEK has the best staff in the industry making sure that all goes absolutely as it should.  Best of all this is where you get the keys to your ideal home!

Step 7. Enjoying Building Equity

Now that you own your ideal home Bill will help guide you on maximizing your equity to help you build significant wealth effortlessly over time.
