Forrest Team of REALTORS is a Georgia Tradition Bill Forrest is a multi-million-dollar sales producer in Metro Atlanta, Georgia, and a Nationally recognized Speaker and Panelist on the Real Estate Industry and Micro/Macro Market Trends. Obviously, Real Estate is nothing new to Bill. His license first was held at his family’s firm Dee Forrest and Company REALTORS over 28 years ago just outside Athens, GA. Later leaving Athens for the Atlanta marketplace, Bill had his first million-dollar sales year. After earning his Brokers License Bill sought out opportunities and challenges beyond residential wanting to utilize his bachelor’s degree in marketing He branched out into business brokerage working as an Operations Director for Grapevine/GoCom Television Group assisting in the purchase and sales of 18 television stations. After September 11, 2001, Bill and his partner decided to move to Charleston, SC to be closer to family. In Charleston, Bill became instrumental in the redevelopment of Downtown Olde North Charleston as well as part of the Noisette Project redeveloping the Charleston Navy Base. With-in the first year, Bill became the Real Estate Market Leader in the Park Circle area and beyond. He was ranked #13 in units sold in Prudential Carolina the tri-county largest brokerage. Family issues required Bill to move to the Alabama Gulf Coast to help out. There Bill was drawn to assisting in the "Re-Image and Recovery" after hurricane Katrina. Due to media hype, everyone outside the area believed that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach were a wasteland of destruction, Nothing could be further from the truth. Rising to this challenge Bill became the Director of National Marketing for two different development consortiums on the Gulf Coast and Managed the National Sales Team for ONO Professional Partners. The beach held its allure for only so long and he longed to return to the city he loved, Atlanta. Keeping in the marketing side of things by joining two different Business Brokerages marketing bars, nightclubs, & restaurants. That world was fun but in 2016 Bill returned to his true love that is residential real estate as an Associate Broker for PalmerHouse Properties a HomeSmart Corporate Brokerage. Like most seasoned agents Bill’s license has been held by many of the national brokerages over the years, but PalmerHouse is his forever home as its business model is the best in the industry. Bill has told his extended family "Do not even ask, I'm not leaving Atlanta again" Currently, Bill is the Principal REALTOR and Team Leader for Forrest Team of REALTORS serving Intown and Metro-Atlanta Georgia and is a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS Association’s ‘Top Producer Club’ consistently ranking in the Top 5% of all Atlanta REALTORS.
